Hi my name is Sabina, I had purchased this loreal castin creme colour on 9th july from GOKUL MEDICAL KANDIVLI EAST, as per the instructions i applied this colour & even washed it thereafter as per booklet instruction which was found inside the color box, but i was very annoyed with the product as there where no results at all, my hair color remained the same black as it was before. ALSO Nutri GLoss shampoo was not given which was shown on the box but some different Loreal ANTI FRIZZ SHAMPOO..Big Brands like Loreal which is famous worlwide and is a international brand aswell should not make false promises n sell their product this way... my email id is sweetsaby@gmail.com... thanks
