Efused refunds on return of the medicine

Dear Sir,

I have purchased prescribed medicine dated 5th May for my mother from VIKAS MEDICOS Ambedker Hospital sector-6 Rohini Delhi - 110085 against the cash memo no - 013520 amount Rs 125.

The medicine was not required hence i went to return and requested for the refunds to my surprize the shop outrightly refused and has come up with the standard answer medicine once sold cannot be taken back.

I wanted to lodge complaint in the consumer court aginst the shop and needed help please guide how to go about it.
