Insult to patient's attendee

Attendee to patient (who just underwent surgery and was lying in ICU) abruptly asked to vacant the room at 10:30 pm. When this attendee queried the manager about this - he asked him to take the benches/waiting chair in the waiting area. He even offered to take care of the patient in the absence of the attendee - can we trust this guy who cannot show basic courtesy to attendee?

So much for customer service! So much about international hospital claim.

Actually, the attendee can stay in the room sans the patient by incurring 25% extra. This was not given as an option.
