Skin burn & hair damage

I am writing very strongly against MATRIX @ 153, Chotti Line, Model Town, Opp. DAV Girls College, YAMUNA NAGAR-Haryana. I had gone to there to do few services on eve of my Engagement.

One therapist (named Preeti) did Face Bleach for me, & while the service I have to undergone through tremendous amount of pain and burning marks on my face. When I came back home my skin was so badly bruised with bad cut marks, as if someone had cut my skin with a knife! It is all due to inexperienced staff and lack of knowledge about the product and its use.

I was in an utter mental stress (when I should have been happy doing my engagement preparations)

It's now been over a week, & I feel the cuts will take a while to heal (imagine these are just face bleach burns and marks & how much can a person go wrong!!!) I had to take dermat's help & i am now under some topical treatment.

Also I had done rebonding (by Shaanu) of my hair on 15th November spending Rs 5500 in MATRIX, It takes minimum 4 hrs and they guarantee that hair will be straight for next 1 year. Just within 2 Months my hair started curling. I had taken Hair Spa (Rs.4000) many times to get it straight but it didn’t work. They told me for a complimentary spa but nothing was given to me. Now my Hairs getting fall also. What a shame!! Such a big salon name n not interested to get a customer satisfied.

I MENTIONED THESE THINGS EARLIER BUT NO REPLY WAS GIVEN TOM ME.

I sincerely urge this complaint forum to take a strict action against the salon & the therapist in question who just did not cause physical, but mental stress to me as well.
