Wrong Report

My wife was conceive as per doctor Reference scan has been taken in your aarthi scan (Kilpauk). Blender mistake made by the doctor. That is placenta growth was 35 weeks but in report they given as a 25 weeks 6 days. That report was checked by doctor and signed. In top of the report (Biometry is 35 weeks 3 days. In Bottom of the report that is impression they given us single viable fetus of 25 weeks 6 days). This report was checked and signed by Dr. R.Ganesh (Consultant Radiologist).

We ask about this mistake made by the Doctor, but there is no response. So I decided to take this to Consumer court. Shall I proceed?
