Reimbursement of Treatment amount against Mediclaim Policy

I am having hospilisation benefit policy calim under MD India Health Care Services (TPA) Pvt. Ltd.. The MIN No. of the policy is 01404938. I had undergone medical treatment for which an amount of Rs. 21, 538.00 was paid to Sharma Netralaya. Thereafter I had submitted all relevant documents for reimbursement of the expenditure incurred for the above treatment on 15/11. So far I have not received any amount against the above claim and when the same is expected is also not known.
