Damage to kidney due to wrong treatment

Sir,

My wife had to undergo TAH Pelvic LN Disection on 09-02-09 under Dr.(Prof) S. Mishra MD FICOG .After a few days of the operation done, she started to suffer from acidity, gas, chest pain, restlessness and weakness. Inspite of taking medicines as advised by the doctor, her problems continued. On 27-04 10 IVP and USG of whole abdomen shows right renal hydronephrosis and hydroureter likely due to a non opaque mass of obstruction. On 30-04-10 and on29-07-10 URS RtPUSH DJ ESWL CYSTO RGP done twice under Dr. S.K. Singh MD FRCS Urologist. at Patna. But, the problem became more acute with other ailments. I had to take her to Chennai and on DTPA (Diuretic Renal Scan) it has been revealed that her right kidney is functioning only by 26% and the blocade in right ureter is due to a stricture. Dr. of Global Hospital Chennai immediately planned for URS RGP Balloon Dilating JJ Stent. The operation was administered on 14-10-10. Findings clearly reveales that the stricture of about 3.5cm. long was occoured duringTAH BSO Pelvic lymphodentery done by Dr SUKANTA MISHRA on 09-02-09. The permanent loss of right kidney which is functioning by only 26% is also the result of the mistake done by the doctor. What actions be taken against the doctor?
