Claim not accepted & no response

Dear sir i took family mediclaim 6 months back of rs 100000 and recently my son got admitted in a hospital for a week after treatment i apply for claim through their agent medicare TPA services and it took 3 months to process and i met personally for claim status it is stil in process and i could not get exact causes of the root and i even contact several times to medicare TPA services and they told me to contact your agent of bajaj insurances lastly i mail to 'life@bajajallianz.co.in' & 'customer.care@bajajallianz.co.in' but in vain they too told me send receipt of the submission and again have sent receipt of the same.it seems iam fool of taking their services pl guide me whom to contact for this particular case
