Ussing slang words in the store

The store at shyam nagar holds few employees at the store, this was my 4th time when i went in along with my wife or sometimes with aged person of my locality, this people often chats about sexual related topics or in slow voice about the customer standing in the store or just have left the store. is this what they are employed for? they also sale medicines without prescription which are strictly prohibited or restricted.
