About Doctors and Nursong staff

My name is Sandeep Singh. My father is army retired soldiers. and both mum and dad using military hospital retired soldiers services Amritsar. I went with them to see Doctors. I found that the doctors has bloody no sense how to communicate with patient respectfully .about their problem . how to therapeutically manage their pain and discomfort. Most of the retired soldiers are JCOS, NCOS. They not well educate to ask question about medication and doctors not explaining to them nicely with respect they just their to fill place and very disrespect to honourable retired soldiers. look somebody have to advocate. I am a registered nurse . and i KNOW HOW IMPORTANT IS RESPECT TO PATIENT. But the system they running in hospital is bullshit. Please help those retired soldiers in Amritsar amry hospital so in service and Private Doctors show some respect to their patient and explain medication and make better care plan for patient and evaluate. their treatment. I heard many soldiers and family said these doctors not communicate with them properly and always in rush . this is not good for patients
