Taken deposit in jan of rs.2.5lks and inturn they lodged criminal cases against us from patna where we have not visited even once

Mirik healthfoods pvt ltd, new delhi has taken a deposit of rs.2.5lks in jan. after that even with continueos reminders for c and f at a.p. at visakhapatnam, they didnot respond. more over they asked us to deposit more 5 lks to give cand f.

but we rejected the offer due to not starting any kind of field operations and sale of the good and other druggist and chemist licensing formalitis. we even complained to druggist and chemist association, hyderabad and delhi. but they havent responded. after that they lodged criminal cases against us at patna court saying that we have visited patna office hooligans and beaten them. being a pragnant lady, how can i do all this. without verifying all this, patna court issued summons to me with nonbailable arrest warrant. police at visakhapatnam approched to arrest me and the case is still running. this case is running for the last two years. i request consumer forum to safegaurd me and punish the company people for the wrongful and decept submission of the facts.
