Complaint against Henkel offers

Last Month I have purchased four Kilograms of Mr. White and I got some Beauty Treatment vouchers which is valid till 31st december. After sending the sms i have got vouchers mentioning the address of a beauty clinic in south delhi.

But when we contacted them they said that there is no information from the company side regarding this scheme. And this Reward port helpline number (09867501669) is switched off. Then I tried another contact of Customer care number (09867501665) but sadly that is out of service. This is totally unacceptable and ridiculous. This is purely cheating from the side of Henkel India and Reward Port company withe the consumers.

Please take action against this kinds of brands who are making fool the customers
