I got a coupon in the 1kg Mr White detergent pkt. & on smsing the voucher no. i recd a congratulatory sms stating that I had won a free beauty treatment ie a haircut & the voucher would be despatched in 4 working days. This took place on the 29th of july Till today there has been no news from their side. The helpline nos. are just not answered & the Chennai no. is out of service. This is outright cheating & misleading the public!!! Did not expect a reputed company like Henkel to resort to these kind of tactics.&Edna Pillai.
