Delay in Claim payment

Hi,

I am working for Accenture Services Pvt Ltd, in Bangalore my TPA is TTK healcare and my insurer is Oriental Insurance Company. I have Submitted a claim in TTK for my wife Maternity expenses on 23/09 for a total amount of 35, 558. As per the information provided by TTK i should receive claim amount in 20 days but its almost 40 days and i am yet to receive any claim amount, i have been in continous contact with TTK and Oriental Insurance i received information that final payment from insurer is pending, Its been almost 20 days, can you check how many days it will take to receive my claims amount the Claim details are
