I am Viral Mansukhbhai Mehta from Surat. I have taken your mediclaim on 19 February. I am paying premium 1225 per year. I was suffered from Maleria in November month. I was admitted in hospital on 25 November & discharged on 30 November. Further I submitted the file on 15 December but my bill is not passed till now. Within these days I got your letter on 20 December in which you have made promise to pass the bill within three weeks but till now no response is there from your side. Now I have to pay the premium in next month but how can I continue this policy if you have behaving like this. So you decide what you have to do otherwise I’ll cancel my policy.
