We have got very bad experience with the said insurance company. We incurred 2 lakh each year for the A.Y. 2009 (Bill dt. 01/02) & 2010 (Bill dt. 22/04) under the above said policy No. due to my mother admission for supportive treatment & oral chemo therapy at Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose Cancer Research Institute in Kolkata. The cost of treatment was very high for us & we couldn't afford such amount that time then we owed money from our relatives in the meantime my father expired on 15th March. I was left with only one hope that my mother medical policy will help us financially, but I only got fake excuses from my Insurer.

Now, I am helpless.
