I have booked a consignment from Bangalore to Mumbai through Trackon Courier by surface on 14th Oct.'11 with a docket No.242116553. The consignment has neither reached the party at Mumbai nor I am able to track the consignment. It is unfortunate the concerned Trackon official has asked me to give me a fresh parcel or he would be refunding the charges he had collected for the consignment.
