Non reimbursement of hospitalization bills

I have a mediclaim policy from New India Assurance. My Mother aged 83 years is also covered under it. She was admiited to Ruby Hall Hospital Pune on 12th Feb and discharged on 22 Feb. Medi Assist the TPA of New India Assurance company has refused to reimburse the medical bills amounting to Rs 79, 800. Saying that her reason for admission to hospital was the result of preexisting illness.
