To Complaint Deprt,

On 07-oct i had launched a new complaint against Action Balaji Hospital.

But still i have not received your response from the concern side.

Kindly help me on this and do the need full.

My last complaint is as follows dated 07-oct:-

I Dilip Kumar father of Baby Gitanjali. She had hospitalize (Date of hospitalization in action balaji is 19.06.2011) due to fracture on mouth. This case had moved on reimbursement. But as per details on the discharge summary company has not given the full amount due to EXCESS BILLING AMOUNT BY THE ACTION BALAJI HOSPITAL. The details are as follows :-

A bill of Rs 26209/- cash paid by us to the hospital.dt-21.06.2011

But company has reimburse 22429

Deduction Others 3780.

And,

next bill of Rs 5500 but reimburse by the company 4563

Deduction in

1) OT charges 275

2) Professional Charges 550

3) Others (admission charges) 200

Star Health and Allied Insurance co.ltd has claim the bill charged by the Action Balaji Hospital is a Excess amount of Rs.4805/- .

Kindly prove the Star Health and Allied Insurance co.ltd. about your bill that your billing amount is not a excess amount.

I want the balance amount either it paid by the hospital either by the company does matter whoes fault is this and who is making fool to the client.

Else i will move further step to the higher authority or court for this fraud.
