NOMARKS
Missing offe

Sir/Madam,

I S.Mahalakshmi is a regular user of NOMARKS soap. I have been getting it in an offer pack of 4 soaps till now; But today (i.e on 20-12) when I purchased them I was surprised to see that the soaps were packed into four together but the offer was missing. We suspect that the shop vendor have removed the offer and selling them separately for his gain. Please look into it and take necessary action. The details of the soap and the shop are give below.

I have tried mailing my complaint to the email id provided on the cover of the soaps (care@ozonegp.com) but it bounced back indicating the expired id.
