Taking money without providing the servicd

Dear Sir,

my mother has suffered from cancer, for that i have admitted in to Omega Hospitals, Banjara Hills Hyderabad. They are un necesseraly taken an amount of 1-towards platelets (some parts in the blood), but they didnt provide the platelets, we asked then they tell that we dont have the platelets service. but they have charged the amount . not only me. most of the patients in this hospital are suffering from this type of false treatments. kindly take the action on this hospitals sir.
