Sir, Please register this complaint against Dr. Piyush Srivastava who worked in O.P.Chaudhary Hospital & Research Center. Kindly take a legal action against him for giving high does of steriod to my mother (59 years), which not prescribe for the patient above 60 years. And family members giving slow poison. My mother has dies on 21 jan because of this medicine & doctor. Kindly make a fast & legal action against him.
