Egarding the uncertain death of my brother due to negligence of the Doctors and Staff

Respected Sir,

With painful heart we want to urge u that my brother Lt. Ravi Pal was under treatment of Dr. R.K. Singh and after diagnosis his disease he recommend him for operation on May 30th at RAMA HOSPITAL AND RESEARCH CENTRE, LAKHANPUR, KANPUR (U.P.). on the same day 30th may the team of Dr. R.K.Singh, Dr. Pankaj Omer, Dr Jaswant, with all of O.T. staff members started the operation. They told us that this was just a minor operation but after waiting 45 min. we did not get any response from the operation theatre or any other O.T. Staff. Then We, the victim family, ran to the Operation Theatre there we found that there was no Doctor or any other doctor’s team member, There was only the patient lying on operation table and no one (Doctor or any other doctor’s team member) was attending the patient . due to this medical negligence we have lost our dearest family member, Lt. Ravi Pal, who was only the responsible member of the family. He was working at RAMA HOSPITAL AND RESEARCH CENTRE, LAKHANPUR, KANPUR (U.P.) since last 6 years to till now.

In view to the above we have submitted an application to register the F.I.R. against Dr. R.K.Singh, Dr. Pankaj Omer, Dr Jaswant and the Hospital Management’s negligence responsible to death . but there also we faced the same inattention by police authority of Kalyanpur police station, Kanpur (u.p).

Kindly look into the matter and give us the justice as we are suffering a lot. He was just 28 years old and was so dear brother to us.

And after post-mortem report we found that this was only the inattention or negligence of the above mentioned doctors and hospital management.
