Worst service

I bought ORBITREK Elite in the month of Novermber 2010 with all excitement. For my surprise the machine started giving trouble within a month. The Wheel started moving in a Zig Zag manner. Hoping that Orbitrek people will give a better service, I called them not once but more that 10 times. I really got mad with their false promises. Till today no one has called me or not even an apology mail. Friends, pls be aware of all telebuy products. Its all money making. I lost 15k just for a month workout. Warn your friends and family too... :(
