Wrongly billed for this product

I had paced an order against my Consultant no. 2142179. I recieved a bill for Rs. 1566/- which was paid by me to the deliverer directly upon recieving the parcel at my residence. Upon openning the parcel I realized that I had been billed for 1 Pure Skin Blackhead astringent but have not recieved this in the packet of products??? My order was taken by Ghanshyam on the 23.02.2010at 9.45 am. I have tried calling up the Oriflame immediately at all numbers, but all the telephone numbers are comming busy?
