Doctors is looting and uses fearful words for patients

I had gone for a checkup with Dr. Bharat Manek. He suggested I get immediately admitted. FEAR IS THE KEY. MY WIFE ALSO SAID SO BECAUSE OF FEAR. I had a swellng on my leg with some redness. He injected some glucose and NS solution. He wasted my time and after some persisitance send me to another doctor who did an operation. Later I was back to this hospital.

This hospital had much more bed than is required. If I stretch my right or left had it would hit the patient on either side, simillarly with the other patient.

Due to overcrowding, my operation got infected and later my I wanted to go out of the hospital, but was denied stating that he is not responsible and I will die, this statement he hads been using with all his patient, and makes a strong bill. Even the medicine that is required is being brought from only one shop that belongs to his uncle, and no patient is allowed to get medicine from any where else.

No inventory is kept of the medicine with respect to the patient. i.e he asks for more medicines and the balance goes to his shop without the patients or their relatives knowledge.

He does not give discharge. Since I have contacts he gave me a discharge, and later my foot got infected and a toe had to be amputed, for no fault of mine. Those were my worst days, and tody also I limp, 6 months later.

I had come to know from certain source that he managed to pass by bribing.

This doctor has a lot of crowd, and he gives good commission to the person giving him clents to the extent of 30% to 50%.

What action should I take? I have already spent about 1.5L and suffering. Pl help me?
