Poor infrastructure

In case of any emergency, there is no ambulance facility in the Hospital. Patients are asked to make their own arrangements. I personally lost aproximately 1.30 hour to arrange ambulance from Civil Hospital in the midnight at 2.30 am. Medical authority should ask why the owner of the hospital has not maintained the basic desired infrastructure to be maintained by the hospital.
