i purchased one divya chywanpras worth RS-200.00 on 04/01 with expiry date 10.

but the pack was found to be wasted & not at all fit for use.

i have already used 3 packs of CHYWANPRAS from Patanjali Divya Pharmacy and very well know the quality.

on asking the person who sells, his reply was that we do not replace, you can lodge complain at customer care.

pl guide what to do,
