Contaminated medicine

Dear Sir,

I have purchased "Shadbindu Tail" from your pharmacy at Nala Road, Patna on advice of Doctor of your Chikitsalay at the same place. The said nasal drop found to be contaminated as some balck solid particle were found in the drop. In my opinion no solid substance should be in such nasal drop. the hole of the bottle was choked due to such solid particles and then i saw that the whole "tail" was full of such solid substance. If it is contamination then it will put a bad image on the fame of such reputed pharmacy.
