Dentist hit me in the mouth while in chai

I was having a procedure done at a dentist office Dr. James C. Gilbert in Midland Tx. He was in the process of giving me the shot to numb my mouth and I flinched. He then slapped me in the mouth! I said ouch!! you hit me, you just hit me in the mouth. He replied don’t do that be still I do this all of the time it does not hurt that bad. I just kept saying you just hit me you hit me in the mouth. The dental assistant was holding my left hand and I had a pulse-ox on the other hand. I said to her undo my blood pressure cuff and this thing on my finger I am not staying here, this man just hit me. She then said, I am so sorry maam, you did not deserve to be treated like that. I then got up went out side and called the police to file a complaint for assault.
