I bought no no and return it, the company recieved item, now they claim they send my refund I did get 1 refund for $82.41 but second refund I did not recieved. I haved made several calls they said the wanted a bank stated I send it, then they said thats not good enough and then they wanted a letter from the bank I send it they said not good, now they want another statement I told them what other prove there is my bank went out of their way to write the letter to prove I did not get my money. They have been rude to me hanged up the phone on me what can I do to get my refund because they keeping telling me They send refund and they gave me to 2 bogus confirmation numbers, which is no good to me because my payment is not in my account. I strongly believe No No is a scam. I am so stressed out dealing with this company.
