Aarthi Scans - Perambur
Poor and Pathetic Service

This is to inform you that I have been to Aarthi scan center, Perambur for taking health checkup, pls note i'm a senior citizen, 72 years old. They said they cannot take all the tests together and asked me take half the tests in the morning and for some tests to come in the afternoon. Me being a senior citizen, how can i keep coming multiple times? This is not the first time they are behaving like this, few days back too same thing happened and i had to skip some of the tests.
If they are incapable of service then they should not be in this industry. They do not how to treat seniors and making them run up and down multiple times. The staff are also very lethargic in responding. I want to post this complaint in this forum so that some action is being taken.
