Duped and cheated by the company

My brother VSN Murthy had undergone implant surgery for ear, conducted by Madras ENT Foundation. The company Esteem USA, Cheated him by assuring that he will get back normal hearing. They had cut the nerve connecting his ear and ultimately he lost total hearing, The device ius insidem the brain, not working for the past 2 years. The company is not bothered to respond. It is traumatic time for him. he lost toal hearing. Dont go for Esteem. It has cheated my brother.
