Extra payment without informing

Hi,

I have made a booking for the bridal package for my sister for jan 24th the booking was done 1 month back. The people at your office ask to come around 5.30 at your office for the service. Due to the traffic my sister reached at 6.05. She was charged a late fee of 20 % on the package that was rs 8000. The charge rs 9600 at the preet vihar branch. You should have informed us before that there is a charge of 20 % extra if we come late. i have taken so many packages from kaya skin clinic but never charged extra if came late or not being there . i suggest you to refund that money that you charged extra. Many of my friends are getting married this year. I will suggest all of them not to go for Alps because i am sure you don’t know how to deal with customers .please hire a qualified staff as it will affect your reputation.

I will suggest you to refund the extra charges that you have charged us.
