Not taken back seal medicine

I Rupali Butala (email stars_161196@yahoo.com, ph 9820285892) bought few medicine from Ambaji Medical on 7th Nov of Rs 6000 and above out of which some medicine are of my kids and major part of medicines are mine. at the end of November my prescription had changed than I went to Ambaji medical and requested him to take back my medicines and instead of that give me credit note I would take other medicine against him. He took back my medicine for one month and ask me to come after 15 days and after a month he again gave me all medicine to me and told me we can't take back theses medicines. I was enquire in other medicals, they told me that if medicines are sealed and before expiry then we take back even after a year but that Ambaji Medical didn't give any response to me every time he gave different answer to me. I want justice in case of me.
