Rude with employee

I give suggestion to employee don't do job with Amneal pharmaceutical because there is Non-Technical and third class Management.

Projects & operational V.P. has not a technical qualification so how to project going properly.

Purchase has not qualified person (12th fail person take final decision)

Management has not clear picture what should do and not able to manage the huge project

I said in short if you join amneal so plz take review for current employee...
