Wait reduction

I have joined a wait loss program with a anitslimcare. They have paid an amount of Rs 14500 and promised me that they will reduce my weight in 30 sittings with a guarantee weight reduction of 15 KG and 6 inches stomach loss. But my weight has only reduced to only 11kg & 4 inches.

Now they are not providing a good response. Now I dont know what to do I want to recollect my money or my weight should be reduced.
