Anjali Nursing Home
Negligence of Doctor and nursing home

Health & Medicine

Dear Sir,

My daughter “Anjana -30 years was pregnent and her delevary date was 28th May as per doctor.

She had checked up on 28th may morning by the same doctor.

Doctor had advice to come for checkup on 30th may.

But Anjana felt some uneasy at around 2.00 AM 29th May. She had been admitted to a nursing home under the guidance of the same doctor at 3.00 AM 29th May.

Doctor had checked her and informed that baby is in normal condition and operation may be required at evening in the same day if any problem arise.

At 11.00 AM doctor informed Patient and baby are good condition.

Doctor had conducted operation for delivery at 6.00PM 29th May and informed us that baby was dead before delivery.

How is the baby dead under observation in the nursing home and as well as the guidance of the same doctor.

This is totally the negligence of Doctor and nursing home.

How we can get justice??
