Poor Service

This is a feedback I wanted to provide regarding the kind of service I received at apollo Clinic, Salt Lake, Kolkata. The telephonic service as well as the service at the counter is just pathetic. When we call up for appointment or information, the agents on the phone gives half information and sounds that they are very irritated with calls. They keep disconnecting without giving complete information. When we go to the counter there, all the ladies sitting there are very rude at responding. It looks like they need to get paid to talk. If you ask too many questions, they gets really disturbed and at times shouts on us. Its really a shame that a renowned clinic like apollo provides such a horrible service. I personally has experienced this not only once but a number of times. I would really be very grateful if something could be done to improve this. This really needs attention as its becomes worse day by day.
