Discrepancy in giving discounts on medicine

I went to buy medicine at Apollo Pharmacy, 74/5 Jadavpur Cental Road, Pallysree Kolkata at about 11.45 P.M on 31.01.12 and I told the pharmacist to give me two medicines (1) YASMIN & (2) RESWAS syrup. After giving me my medicines, pharmacists tod me to pay Rs.412/- . I asked about the breakup & discount, he told me that there is no discount on Yasmin. I told him that I am a regular customer of the shop & I have got 10% discount on that medicine on several occasions they agreed to give me 5% discount on Rs.421/- i.e I paid Rs.391/- vide hand Bill No. 3060 dtd 21.01.12. The pharmacists on duty were Nishikant Mondal & Tarun Das.

My complaint is that (1) Initialy I was denied of any discount (2) I got 5% discount instead of 10%(which I always get). This type of instances hampers the reliability of a pharmacy store & should not be repeated in future.
