Wrong size of nailling for my femur bone

I had a femur fracture in 2009 i got operated in Apollo victor hospital n the doctor oer there inserted me a nail in to my femur which was long n keeping to much of gap between the bones. After 3 months they called me n said i have to do dinemisation which means removing the screws from hip, n he removed it the nail came out n start hurting me n then i consulted to other 7 Doctor they said it was wrong size nail inserted in me so tell me what to do for this people.
