Not receiving the unbilled data usage

Dear sir,

Recently i have taken relience netconnect for my personal computer under the plan of 650rental and 1gb of free usage. in this iam not able to find the unbilled data usage.

if iam aware of the unbilled data usage i can use internet depending on the data used by me.
