Non delivery

Dear sir,

I bought one plantronic bluetooth head set from M/S Tradeus.in online on 05/09/10 as order no 1018683, According to the them they dispatch it 0n 06/09/10 through aramex courier vide awp no.6159262093. I didn't get the product till date and in there report they are mentioning that product has been delivered on 12/09/10. I am really shocked by this type of dealing. When I started quiring on ocal level gorakhpur office I came to know that the franchiese is closed since 20 days and onwer is not picking the phone. I complaint aramex official several times telephonically but they are not responding.

Kindly go through the matter and respond accordingly.
