Unfair behaviour and poor service

Ashok Banker is a great writer, especially with Indian Mythology. His books are only available online. I recently purchased the first two volumes of his Mahabaratha series at $10 each and the first two volumes of the Krishna Coriolis series at $15 each. Thereafter he would only make the remaining volumes available for purchase on a FORCED subscription. After complaining the option to puchase individual volumes were made available..at a 50% increase in price. This is unfair. After complaining he refunded me (not with my consent) banned me as a customer! and went even as far as to threaten, bully and verbally abuse me. Surely there is some law preventing such bullying tactics from a supplier.
