We have purchase a 8GB spy pen thro' rediff shopping having order no. 6011564 and Transaction number 16715955.

We bring to your kind attention that inspite of sending mail to you as well as to Mr. Ferozkhan of M/s Asif Haji Ismail Kapadia on Dt.14/8 Time 15:44 there is no any action had been taken either by rediff shopping or by M/s Asif Haji Ismail Kapadia for sending of faulty pen drive.

We are sufferring a heavy bussiness loss due to not sending a working condition pen drive inspite of making payment.

We now request you to please take immediate neccesary action to replace this faulty pen drive sent by M/s Asif or other wise take a legal action against the company as well as on Rediffshopping as they are cheating to the customer.
