MATERIAL NOT SUPPLIED AS PER REQUIREMENT

I have purchased a Deluxe Kit of e-cigarettes from this company through www.smokefree.in and paid the amount as described in the invoice at the time of delivery (Cash on Delivery) vide my Order No. 100005335 dated 14th June and their Invoice No. 100003692 dated 14th June. When I opened my consignment, I received everything in order except one thing and that is the FLAVOUR of the cartridge I asked. I had specifically ordered for Benson & Hedges Flavour and they supplied me Vanilla Flavour which is not acceptable to me as I want to feel like smoking not like eating some ice-cream. So I repeteadly called on their Customer Care number 8447 127 127 but nobody is answering properly. Lastly I had a chat with ANKIT today at 2:00 pm and he told that he will call me back with a solution within 10 minutes and its almost 6:00 pm now. Nobody has called and nobody is answering on the Customer Care Number also. Kindly do the needful asap.
