Product not delivered

I ordered for a product"United Colors of Benniton Track Suit" on 23rd Jan.2010 (order no. HD4752). I paid the money, Rs.1686/- through my HDFC Bank credit card.(I came to know about the product through a pamphlet dispatched with the Credit card Statement). I was told that the product will be delivered within 21 days but I have not received the product as yet (20 Mar.). I called the company a couples of times but I was given false promises to deliver it soon (I have the complaint numbers) but the situation is same. I asked them to cancel the product and give me my money back. But they neither cancelled the product nor delivered it.

I request you to please look into the matter and take a strong action.
