Non-delivery of book - no response to emails

I ordered a book from Bagchee on July 27 - the book didn't arrive - and I then found it was never in stock. Despite Bagchee saying they have an 'easy return policy their website gives no links to this or any information on how to get refund - in this case I don't want a return as the book never shipped! After several emails and 5 months later they promise to 'do the needful' today - that was 3 weeks ago and no action. This is a serious embarrassment to Indian on-line shops as incidents like this will lead to lack of trust for all Indian sites trying to grow. A disgrace.
