Still not received My free Gift

I am having very very bad experiences with "bagittoday.com"... after 10 times calling to the customer care I got my product after 5 weeks and with the offer a holiday gift was there...

They ask to aply through "bagittoday.compromos.htm" I tried so many times but it says invalid unique no.. I have complained througth site but no response ..

Also I called to the customer care, they say... they have requested to concern department and my unique key will be activated..with in 48 hrs .. but its already more than 60 hrs.. still it is not activated... realy I got fedup with the the customer service they provide I nerver experinces such kind of customer service... I am not sure whether I will be getting my Holiday voucher it seems simply for promotion they use such promos.. and they send the free gift... my order no OGA100025632 and booking id 998650194.
