I ve Booked an On-Line Order Under Order No 998794431 for Reebok Premium Sunglasses by paying Rs.999.00 the offer was with Free 3 Night Stay at Bangkok for Couple., while confiorming thenorder Indiatodaybookclub has confimed that order will be process in 2-3 Weeks.

On 26.10.2010 I got a mail from response@indiatodaybookclub.com that My Oder On M-Commerce/0GA-100031901 is under process & I ll be getting it in 2-3 Weeks.

But Inspite of my contacting their Customer Care for the lasdt 3/4 months and sending repeated mail, Neithet I ve got Sun Glasess& Gift Voucher Nor my Money Back.

Whenever I ve tried to speak to their Customer Care Executive, They were very very RUDE and not all giving any

information regarding my order. The Answer I used to get: Our System is Slow, please call after 1 Hr", "We ll call back You", (Which never happened), "Order is under Procrss"
